Baked Treats   
At Capital Tea, we believe that a fine cup of tea deserves to be accompanied by a worthy treat and the selection daily! Our baked goods are made fresh in our kitchen using natural, organic, and seasonal ingredients.

Sandwiches   
Our sandwiches are made fresh to order and are served with a small salad and our house vinaigrette. They can be grilled on our Panini grill. Bread choices: White, Whole Wheat, Light Rye, Dark Rye.

Veggie ~ Sliced cucumber, tomato, avocado, red onion and red pepper on whole wheat bread. Choice of cream cheese or sliced cheese. $7.49

Turkey & Swiss ~ Sliced turkey and Swiss cheese with roasted red pepper or fresh tomato, spicy mustard on light rye. $7.99

The Other Turkey Sandwich ~ Layers of sliced turkey, avocado, tomato with our own chipotle mayo on toasted sourdough. $7.99

Three-Cheese Grill ~ Three cheeses blend beautifully with Dijon mustard & your choice of roasted pepper or tomato (or both) on dark rye. $6.99

Lapsang Souchong Egg Salad ~ Eggs marinated in smoky tea then blended with fresh chives, lemon juice and mayo on white bread. $7.49

Smoked Salmon & Marinated Cucumber ~ Tangy cucumber pickles, cream cheese and smoked salmon on dark rye. $8.99

We use only organic greens and very fresh veggies. Our house vinaigrette makes a pleasant addition to all of our salad compositions.
